CASology Challenge Week # 167

We are nearing the end of our two week school holidays and I don't know about the kids, but I'm exhausted!! We've had a lot of fun doing all sorts of things. Yesterday I took the kids fishing off the jetty at Picton (about 30mins from here). I finally worked out how to use the rods and there were plenty of fish but don't think we had the right bait. Phoebe managed to catch one though, so she was very happy indeed!!

As soon as I saw the Cue Word for CASology this week I knew EXACTLY what stamp set I wanted to use! I received this set as a birthday present from my lovely friend Monika and got it mainly for this image:

I do wish I could make my own sentiment stamps, as I would have a different sentiment for this but it probably wouldn't be appropriate to show anyway....

I stamped the 'poo' and coloured it in using my pencils and then fussy cut out. I also used the pencils to create the ground shading and 'smell lines' about the image. I popped the 'poo' up on foam tape to give it a bit of dimension. I was going to cover it in Glossy Accents but I thought that was going a bit far....LOL! The sentiment and image are both from Create A Smile 'Bad Day'.

I'm going to link this to the Simon Says Stamp - World Card Making Day challenge. You can link any card and have a chance to win a $100 voucher!!

I have to go and do a gardening job tomorrow for a few hours, so the kids are going to keep Nana company for a while. She is doing well after her knee replacement and will be running round the block in no time!! She can get the kids to run around and do lots of jobs for her while I'm up to my elbows in weeds!!

Take care
