I was fiddling around with some die cuts last night and trying to use them differently. This is one of the cards I came up with:
I die cut the frame from yellow and blue CS and adhered straight to the card front. I then carefully cut around the edge of the card. After die-cutting a smaller frame in white CS, I stamped the sentiment and adhered with foam tape. A few co-ordinating enamel dots and the card was done.
The frame die is from Couture Creations. The smaller frame die and sentiment stamp is from Avery Elle 'Bottle it Up'. Enamel dots are from Papervine.
I'll also link this to the Virginia's View Challenge # 14 where the theme is:
I'm off to put another layer of clothes on. It seems too early for fire lighting yet, will see how cold everyone feels in a few hours. If we light it, I'm so getting into my pyjama's!!!
Take care
Shona
