Well, you guys have been going crazy for the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps New Release products, and I totally don't blame you. When I first saw all of this release I was staying at my Mum's and she came running into the lounge to find out why I was jumping around and squealing!!
We are up to Day 3 of this New Release and we have two more coffee-related stamp sets to share with you. First up we have Hot Coffee:
Absolutely love the font used on these sentiments and they couldn't be more clever, hilarious and cheeky!!
Next up we have Time for Coffee:
Michele (the owner of CAS-ual Fridays Stamps) must have had a blast coming up with all these brilliant sentiments. They really capture the personality of a 'coffee drinker' perfectly. Makes me wish I liked coffee!! Here's what I came up with for these sets.
You know how much I love a good rainbow and nothing could be more magical than that first cup of coffee in the morning!!
I die-cut the To Go Cup Fri-dies from white CS and the outer band from black CS. I adhered them together and added foam tape to the back. Once I worked out where the cup would sit on the card front, I used some washi tape to mask off the area for my rainbow and went to town with an array of Distress Inks, trying to blend them together as much as I could.
Once I was happy I stamped the sentiment from Time for Coffee in black ink, put the coffee cup in place, cutting off the over hanging edges and glued on some sequins from Neat and Tangled.
While walking the dog recently I was thinking about this release and realised that I could make a coffee-cup shaped card using the new Coffee Cup Fri-Dies!!
You can see here how the cards open up to show the inside, where you can write your message or use a stamp. It would make a fabulous gift tag too!!
I created two side folding cards from white CS. I then put the coffee cup die on the card front so that the left cutting edge was hanging off the fold of the card, so that it wouldn't cut anything (I hope that makes sense....). Your left with two coffee-liquid holes but I decided to only inlay the inside one with brown CS, as leaving the top one empty gave it a 3D look.
I heat embossed two sentiments from the Hot Coffee stamp set in gold and then blended Distress Inks 'Picked Raspberry' and 'Mermaid Lagoon' over the sentiments and the handles. And I must admit I've been singing 'I love Big Cups' ever since making these!!!

Welcome back everyone to Day 2 of the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps New Release!! I'm sure you fell in love with the dies and stamp set from Day 1 but believe me, there are so many more products to come, so hold on to your seats!!
First up for Day 2 we have the Coffee Talk stamp set:
These sentiments are so cheeky and naughty, so of course I loved them straight away!! And I can imagine many of you 'coffee lovers' will be relating to a lot of them yourselves!
We also have these fantastic To Go Cup Fri-Dies:
Ever since the Coffee Blog Hops started, I've been desperately wanting a 'to go cup' die set, so I'm so happy right now!!
I definitely had to create a card using these two products together, and use my most favourite sentiment from the set:
I wanted to create a design that looked sweet and lovely, and then you read the sentiment which shocks a huge laugh out of you (which is what it did to me!!).
I started by die-cutting the 'To Go Cup Fri-dies' from white CS. Since the other side of the world is enjoying snow at the moment, I decided to make that my theme. I stamped and heat embossed some snowflakes from the 'Joy' and 'Merry' stamp sets in white on the coffee wrapper die-cut. Then using my mini-blending tool and Distress Ink 'Mermaid Lagoon' I coloured over top of the snowflakes and also the cup lid. These were then adhered to the cup.
I wanted the card to look a little like it had snow on it too, so I blended some more of the same Distress Ink where the cup would be sitting, flicked some water on top and removed the water with a tissue. The cup was then put on some foam tape. I die-cut the 'Coffee' word (from the 'Coffee Cup Fri-Dies' set) from a blue paint chip and also 2x from white CS. I glued these together and then to the cup. The sentiment was stamped in black ink and some sequins added from Neat and Tangled.

Well, hello there everyone!! I hope you all had the most amazing Christmas, got all the presents you wanted and ate your weight in chocolate like I did!!
To add a bit more excitement to the end of your year and the start of 2018 we have the most amazing New Release to show you at CAS-ual Fridays Stamps. Believe me, you aren't going to want to miss out on any of these products, they are spectacular!!!!
For Day 1 we have two new products to show you, the first is the Coffee Cup Fri-Dies:
These create the cutest coffee cups, big and small and the font for the word die is perfection!!
The second set today is the Cup of Coffee Stamp set:
Amazing images and the sentiments are genius!! This is how I was inspired to use these new sets:
For this card I stamped the sweet little coffee cup all over the card front to create the background. I then die-cut the large cup from white CS, adhered it to a piece of black CS and fussy cut around it to leave a slight black edge. I used the top of the cup die on some brown CS and inlaid it into the mug. I then stamped on the sentiment and popped it up on foam tape. Some gold sequins from Neat and Tangled finished it off nicely!!
For my second card I decided to decorate the coffee cup with flowers!! I started off by die-cutting one of the Bubble Box Fri-Dies from the card front. I lightly marked the die-cut area on the inside of the card with pencil and added colour using my mini-blending tool and Distress Ink 'Picked Raspberry'.
After die-cutting the coffee cup from white CS, I stamped it with the Full on Floral background stamp using pink ink. I die-cut the 'Coffee' and liquid part of the cup from a brown paint chip. The liquid was inlaid into the cup. I also die-cut the 'Coffee' 2x more from white CS, glued them all together for dimension and then to the front of the cup. I put the cup inside the card on foam tape. The sentiment was stamped in black and I used a black pen to add the dots. And of course I had to add some Sistahood Sparkle Sequins for a bit more shine!!
