So many colours, shapes and patterns with this one to get the imagination going!!
Our Sponsor for this challenge is Happy Little Stampers and they are giving the winner a $15 gift voucher to spend in their store. Lucky!!!
I got carried away with die-cutting this week, along with a smidge of blending to capture the colours of the chest:
I began by die-cutting the stitched-rectangle die from white CS and then using my mini-blending tool with Distress Ink 'Peacock Feathers' to add some colour. I then die-cut the flowers and leaves from paint chips, glued the layers together and then adhered to the rectangle. The sentiment was stamped in black and I glued on a few co-ordinating sequins for shine. And then the rectangle was popped up on foam tape on the card front. Done!!
The sentiment is from CAS-ual Fridays 'Bold Wishes', as well as the flower dies from 'Friendly Flowers Fri-dies'. The leaf dies are from Paper Smooches 'Roses' and the stitched-rectangle is from Pretty Pink Posh. The orange sequins are from Neat and Tangled and the aqua sequin from Avery Elle.
I have three challenges I would like to enter:
Seize the Birthday Challenge (Floral)
Simon Says Stamp - Monday Challenge (April showers bring May Flowers)
Little Tangles Challenge # 67
You have one more week to link your projects to the TIME OUT challenge and over on the blog the rest of the Design Team have some more projects to help you with ideas. Look forward to seeing you in the Gallery!!
Take care
Shona
