CASology Challenge - Week # 182

I've gotten a little carried away recently with the amount of cards I've made but after not having much of a chance to create during the holidays, its been lovely to get my hands 'inky' again!!

I've already created two entries for the CASology challenge but as its being sponsored by Concord and 9th, I thought I would create something with my new stamp set of theirs:

I started off by stamping the 'world' stamp from Concord and 9th 'Map Love' set, using Hero Arts Ombre ink pad in 'Pool to Navy' on some white CS. After fussy cutting them out, I cut a panel of white CS not quite as wide as my card front and adhered it. Once I worked out where the 'worlds' would sit, I stamped the sentiments in black (from the same 'Map Love' set) and popped the worlds up on foam tape. A few turquoise sequins from Pretty Pink Posh finished it off nicely!!

Its turned into the most wonderful, hot day today for our last day of the school holidays. We've just been to the pool and it was glorious. Now time to relax and make the most of chilling at home before the rush tomorrow morning. I hope we all wake up in time!!!!
