Just Add Ink Challenge # 305

Hi everyone and welcome to Friday...yippee!! Although it didn't take long for Friday to come round this week with the kids getting 'Easter Tuesday' off as well, so its been a very short week for getting my jobs done!!

It also means that its time for another new challenge at Just Add Ink and this week we have a sketch for you:

Oh the possibilities with this little number.....I can't wait to see what you come up with!!

I pretty much followed the sketch but my three long rectangles became rather short but its not the size that matters....is it?:

I've come back to this particular floral stamp set so often, its a wonder the rubber hasn't perished with overuse!! I just love the shape of the flowers and they heat emboss like a dream.....

Firstly I die-cut the small tag 3x from white CS and then stamped and heat embossed the flowers in gold. I then set myself up in front of the tv to watch Madam Secretary while I coloured away with my pencils. The tags were then popped up on foam tape. The sentiment was stamped in black on a strip of white CS and adhered to the bottom of the tags. And of course I had to add a few gold sequins to pull it all together. I can't wait to send this to someone!!

The tag die and stamps are all from CAS-ual Fridays. The tag is from the 'Tag Buddies' Fri Dies set and the flower and sentiment from the 'Mon Ami' stamp set. The gold sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh.

I'm going to link this to the Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday Challenge where their theme is 'Anything Goes'.

You have until next Wednesday to link your projects to the Just Add Ink challenge and the rest of the Design Team have some gorgeous cards on the blog to give you some ideas. Looking forward to seeing you in the Gallery!!

Take care
Shona
